Reporting from Greensboro

I'm really excited to let you all know that I'm posting this from the beautiful Grandover area in Greensboro, NC today at the NC Association of Realtors HQ.

Why am I out of the Triangle market you may ask?

Because for the next two days, I will be completing the Core Course requirements for my very first (and might I add, VERY COOL) broker designation - the Green Designation!

I can't wait to post again later this evening or first thing tomorrow about the first day of training and just what kind of sustainable practices and real estate practices that I learn about!
